The GSMA Ministerial Programme 2023 welcomed 196 delegations representing 151 countries and 45 intergovernmental organisations — the highest number of delegations ever and a testament to the forum’s ongoing value to decision-makers across the digital ecosystem. The Programme will be back at MWC Barcelona from 26-28 February 2024.
